Bee Bee provides leadership and strategic direction to plan, develop and implement pro-business and customer-centric processes and systems to deliver unsurpassed customer and distributor experience. As the COO, she is also the Customer Champion to drive our commitment to provide clients with customised financial solutions centred on placing our clients’ needs first.

Bee Bee brings with her more than 24 years of industry experience across Life Insurance, General Insurance and Reinsurance. Bee Bee joins from a leading insurer in Singapore where she held management positions in both Distribution as well as Group Risk Management Divisions.

She is a proactive leader spearheading several strategic business and technology projects on distribution management and governance.

She has a successful track record of training and developing a high performance team, and her other areas of expertise include strategic management, change management, operational controls, multicultural management, regulatory and sales compliance, training and competency, risk management, bancassurance and digital insurance.

Bee Bee is a graduate of the Nanyang Technological University and holds a Degree in Business, majoring in Insurance. She is active in community activities in Singapore and is also the Auditor of the Citizens' Consultative Committee in Moulmein-Cairnhill constituency and Auditor of the Parents For Raffles Girls' School (Secondary) Association.
